Beach Sand Sculptures Company Policies

By purchasing a service from Beach Sand Sculptures (BSS) whether online, over the phone, via an affiliate, or via a third party booking process all clients/associates/participants agree to be unconditionally bound to Beach Sand Sculptures’ Company Policies.

Our passion is to help you, your family or your group enjoy our beautiful beaches and to participate in a unique experience to Create Memories in The Sand.

We are a family-oriented business and expect conduct to fall within this standard of conduct. We adhere and promote the rules and regulations which protect our beaches, water, and environment allowing locals and visitors to continue enjoying our beautiful beaches for years to come; The respect of the private property. No walking on the dunes. No glass bottles. Legal activities of all kinds. If you have legal right or permission for private beach use (in most cases) inside our service area we can offer services (see Locations we are unable to service under SANDCASTLE LESSONS). Any person not adhering to these guidelines will be asked to leave and may necessitate contacting local authorities.

Privacy: BSS takes precautions, including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Personal Information: will only be used by BSS to provide or improve our products, services, and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties. BSS may from time to time, use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. BSS may also use personal information to help develop, deliver, and improve our products, services, content, and advertising.

Digital Media: Client may take photographs of their SandCastle Lesson or Specialty Sand Sculpture for their personal use. Client agrees to allow BSS full use of all digital media of all persons and/or sand sculptures for their marketing use, taken by BSS and/or their agencies. Digital media posted to Beach Sand Sculptures reviews, social media pages, or internet may be used by Beach Sand Sculptures for their marketing purposes.

Release of Liability: By booking a service or merchandise with Beach Sand Sculptures the Client and all participating parties agree to release Beach Sand Sculptures, their agencies, or their affiliates from any and all liability claims.
